Open DeFi DAO, an ecosystem DAO is formed for launching the most innovative and breakthrough DeFi projects of tomorrow & generating long-term value through community-based development & incubation of early-stage financial protocols, applications, tools & infrastructure.
Background: Besides developing the DeFi market, various stumbling blocks have continuously prevented its adoption on a massive scale and bring greater complexities to DeFi operations. Till today, many users participating in yield farming for attractive incentives have limited exposure to the right resources to understand the safer and smarter ways of making investments. Observing such limitations and DeFi space requirements, we have launched Open DeFi by gathering some prominent DeFi protocols worldwide to advance the collaboration of DeFi protocols across blockchains and borders. Our member network came together to enhance our strength to align priorities, research, internal capacities, and data towards the applications of DeFi.
Open DeFi Goals
The three main goals of Open DeFi since our inception are:
- To develop new opportunities and bridge global DeFi markets for greater growth.
- To align priorities, research, internal capacity, and data towards the applications of DeFi.
- To focus on Liquidity, Security, and Innovation to drive DeFi growth.
While achieving these goals, Open DeFi also provides all the necessary support to DeFi/blockchain projects (small or big). Our Asian group of member networks has significantly contributed to help some of our western partners to establish a stronghold and operations in China, grow investor and developers communities, and more.
